In light of recent Executive Orders and the uncertain legal environment, the American Hospital Association is undertaking a thoughtful review of its programs and activities. After much deliberation, we are postponing the Accelerating Health Equity conference, slated for May 19-22, 2025, to 2026.
To be clear: our longstanding commitment to reducing disparities in health outcomes has not changed, and the AHA will continue to pursue this important work. We are well aware of the hard data showing that disparities in health outcomes still exist. Reducing these disparities is essential to improving the health of all Americans and it continues to be our goal.
